This video from one of our local farm sanctuaries, Aimee’s Farm Animal Sanctuary, went viral and we are so proud of her! Aimee rescues special needs animals and, though anyone may come for a visit, many of her patrons are special needs kids who connect with the animals. Duke, a calf born with dwarfism and without bones in his front legs, has become friends with a chicken named Rex. The video aired on a local Arizona news station. So sweet.
